Facilitating Idea Generation
Team members can submit project ideas at any time using TRACtion’s Project Hopper. Workflow rules then route the submitted idea to the appropriate individual or team for review.
Controlling Project Charter Reviews
With TRACtion, you control the process of generating, reviewing and accepting a Project’s Charter. Alerts and email notifications inform Champions, Coaches, and/or Process Owners that a Charter has been submitted for review. TRACtion’s easy-to-use Project Charter uses color-coded mandatory fields to ensure that the project leader has collected the correct project information.
Setting Project Tollgate Reviews
TRACtion allows you to implement workflow rules for the Tollgate review process. Once the team leader has completed all of the critical questions and tasks associated with a phase, he or she can easily submit the tollgate for review. Champions, Coaches, and/or Process Owners are immediately notified so that projects stay on target and on the right path to success.
TRACtion’s Project Summary page displays the project statistics and financials, the current phase and status, and historical details from each phase. The Summary snapshot makes it easy for Belts to share the vital project information needed for Tollgate reviews.
