How Is TRACtion Priced?
TRACtion pricing is a function of several factors. The foremost factor is the level of usage. Typically, MoreSteam does not charge for licensed usage by team members. Rather, we believe team members should be empowered to access and view project data, status updates, summaries, and project tools on an as-needed basis.
MoreSteam encourages Licensees of TRACtion project tracking to involve their team members without budgetary concerns. We only charge annually for "Power Users" - our term for the group of practitioners who will gain the most value from TRACtion and who will be the heaviest users of TRACtion's features. Charges for Team Leaders, Champions, and Financial Auditors vary based on the volume of users subscribed to TRACtion.
TRACtion is licensed per year and is based only on the number of Power Users in your company. The fee is USD$500 per Power User per year. There is an initial one-time setup fee of USD$5,000, regardless of the number of licensed Power Users. MoreSteam offers Enterprise licensing option, and further Power User discounts based on volume.

If you have ten Team Leaders (Black or Green Belts) and two Champions, you would need to license TRACtion for 12 Power Users. If each Team Leader runs two projects per year, with an average of four team members on each project, you will have 80 Team Members in a year, for a total of 92 people (12 Power Users + 80 Team Members).
Your annual fee would be USD$6,000 (12 x $500), equaling a cost of only about $65 per person per year if you count everyone who can access TRACtion. |
