Rolls-Royce has partnered with MoreSteam University SM to provide web-based Six Sigma training as a more flexible and affordable alternative to traditional classroom training methods.
Black Belt and Green Belt courses provide a comprehensive introduction to the tools and methods of Six Sigma, leading to certification upon completion of requirements, including employment, project work, board review and examination. The Yellow Belt course is designed for wide-scale deployment, providing an introduction to Six Sigma along with a collection of basic process improvement tools, and the Executive Overview course provides an introduction to Six Sigma concepts and language. All course content is delivered on-demand in a multimedia format including audio, audio slide shows, animated experiments, interactive practice sessions, online quiz modules, and virtual discussion with the instructor and other students. Courses can be started or stopped at any time, offering complete scheduling flexibility in a self-paced environment. Your site Master Black Belt will schedule periodic reviews covering course content and project work. Black Belt and Green Belt training intends that you have an approved project upon completion of the Define phase training.
