Accelerating Process Improvement with AI

The following recording is a "fireside chat" webinar, hosted by Bill Hathaway and Emmanuel Aouad. They discussed the impact of Generative AI on process improvement. Bill and Emmanuel shared their insights on how AI is introducing a novel approach to leveraging tools in our process improvement toolkit, with a special focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). The discussion explored various AI-related topics, like enhancing problem statements on project charters and streamlining data pre-processing and root cause discovery. Bill and Emmanuel then discussed how AI can improve affinitization sessions post-brainstorming and strengthen our change management approach.
