The discussion explored various AI-related topics, like enhancing problem statements on project charters and streamlining data pre-processing and root cause discovery. Bill and Emmanuel then discussed how AI can improve affinitization sessions post-brainstorming and strengthen our change management approach.

He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with nearly 13 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma, and Strategy Planning and Execution. Throughout his career, he’s worked for several companies, including Fidelity, Capital One, Lennox International, and Fisher Investments. Emmanuel is a proud alumnus of Wabash College, where he studied Economics and Music. In his free time, he enjoys training for American Ninja Warrior, rapping at nerd conventions, traveling with his wife, and playing Rocket League.

After 10 years at Ford Motor Co., Hathaway then held executive level operations positions with Raytheon at Amana Home Appliances, and with Mansfield Plumbing Products.
Bill earned an undergraduate finance degree from the University of Notre Dame and graduate degree in business finance and operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
