Lindsay Van Dyne
Vice President of Marketing
Lindsay Van Dyne is Vice President of Marketing at MoreSteam, where she leads the company's marketing strategy and works to connect organizations with the tools, training, and technologies they need to build stronger problem-solving capability. Her work spans brand strategy, digital marketing, customer education, demand generation, and industry engagement, with a focus on helping operational excellence professionals discover practical approaches to improving performance and developing people.
Since joining MoreSteam in 2014, Lindsay has held roles across both product development and marketing, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of continuous improvement, technology, and customer experience. Before transitioning into marketing leadership, she served as MoreSteam's eLearning Product Manager, where she helped guide the evolution of the company's training platform and curriculum delivery experience. During that time, she led a major redesign of MoreSteam's eLearning interface, expanded multilingual training offerings, and introduced new learner-focused capabilities including note-taking, highlighting, progress tracking, and personalized learning dashboards.
Lindsay's background combines technical problem solving, data analysis, instructional technology, and marketing strategy. As a trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she has worked closely with continuous improvement practitioners and leaders to better understand how organizations develop problem-solving capability at scale. Her experience managing both training products and marketing initiatives has helped her bridge the gap between complex improvement concepts and the practical needs of customers seeking measurable business results.
Today, Lindsay oversees initiatives spanning technical SEO, digital content strategy, website development, lead generation, customer communications, industry partnerships, and event marketing. In addition to her marketing leadership responsibilities, Lindsay serves as a principal organizer of MoreSteam's annual Best Practices for Operational Excellence conference, helping bring together executives, practitioners, and thought leaders to share ideas and advance the practice of continuous improvement.
Lindsay is a frequent contributor to MoreSteam's educational content, including articles, webinars, customer success stories, and thought leadership focused on operational excellence, workforce development, and the evolving role of technology in problem solving. Her interests include continuous improvement education, digital learning, analytics, artificial intelligence, and helping organizations translate improvement methodologies into meaningful business outcomes.
