Associating a Global KPI with a Project

Global Key Performance Indicators can be linked to projects that are focused on improving it. This is done to give your organization greater insights as to what metric each project is focused on.

Access the KPIs tab on your project interface or click the "Add KPI" button in the "Details" section of the Project Charter.

Note: if you have Project-Level KPIs enabled in your instance, you will go to the "Project-Level KPI" tab to start.

From here, click the “Global” tab that shows up to access the Global KPI view.

If you have the permission to associate a project with Global KPIs, you will see a dropdown containing the available KPIs in the instance. Select the Global KPI to add it to your project.

The Global KPI will now be associated with the project at the Global KPI Dashboard level for reporting purposes.

If you wish to remove a Global KPI, click the "X" icon in the top right corner. You can also download a screenshot of the KPI by clicking the camera icon and download the data as an xlsx file by clicking the download icon.
