When to use this tool

The replenishment pull worksheet allows you to enter the basic inputs needed to determine the key parameters to operate a replenishment pull system. The worksheet also produces a sample graph to show the ‘sawtooth’ consumption and replenishment cycles of the pull system. Two buttons are available for you to examine the graph based on steady-state demand or variable demand.

How to use this tool in EngineRoom

Select Replenishment Process Pull from the Improve (DMAIC) menu > follow the instructions included with the worksheet.
