Analyze Data in a Study

While dragging a tool from the Tools menu onto the workspace opens a new study, dragging one or more data variables on to the appropriate fields around the study starts the analysis process. Depending on the tool chosen, you may or may not see mandatory or optional requirements to proceed with analysis. You must complete any mandatory requirements before proceeding.

Once all mandatory requirements are met, the analysis will be executed and you will see output from the analysis displayed in the output window attached to the study. If the output is wider or longer than the space allowed in the workspace, you will see vertical and/or horizontal scrollbars allowing you to see the hidden part of the output.

View Study Output

To view the output from a particular study, simply drag it from the Studies panel on the right, to the workspace. The window opens showing the study output including numeric and graphical elements, which may be displayed in adjoining tabs.
